The Pillars That Can Hold You Up When You Can’t Do It Yourself

My professional experience as a dietitian and nutritionist doesn’t mean that I’ve never struggled with my weight. I’m a woman, and I’m not immune to emotional eating or wanting my body to look a certain way. Throughout young adulthood, I struggled with my weight. If I’m being totally transparent, it’s one of the reasons I went into this field.

Spoiler: Weight Loss Is Relatable

I started Revive Nutrition in 2019 after working 7 years as a registered dietitian in the large healthcare industry. Now I have 10 years of experience and success with hundreds of clients. 

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Saint Louis University and my Masters in Nutrition from Boston University. I’ve been a nationally registered dietitian (RD) since 2013 and am licensed dietitian and nutritionist (LDN)  in MA, RI and NY.

Working in the larger healthcare industry taught me the importance of HIPAA compliance and collaborating with insurance providers – both of which I am proud to offer to Revive Nutrition clients today.

Kim helps me with balanced meal and snack planning for the week, and offers suggestions on where to tweak things for better results. To help me reach my larger goal, Kim provides me with mini goals for the week to strive to reach. She introduces these goals gradually to help me build healthy life long habits over time as opposed to a get slim quick scheme.
